The KLEIBER KPE 660/5 is a very precise and fully digital High Speed Pyrometer. It is especially developed for non-contact temperature measurement on glass surfaces.

The pyrometer perfectly fits for very fast industrial applications in all areas of glass processing e.g. light bulb production. Furthermore this device can also be used for R & D departments to develop and test new materials.

The parameters of KLEIBER 660/5 can easily be adjusted via the integrated keyboard and are shown at the display built into the rear side of the device.

The pyrometer is equipped with the serial interface RS485. The optional available KUI 485 USB interface with software allows the user to connect the pyrometer to a PC to adjust all parameters
and display, read out and process the current temperature of KPE 660/5.
Up to 32 pyrometers can be connected to the RS485 bus.

The KPE 660/5 can measure temperatures very fast with a response time of only 250 µs (t 95) and a high accuracy of only 0.4%.

As option the device can either be equipped with vario optics or macro optics.

By standard the pyrometer comes with integral LED pilot light . This allows exact focussing to the measured object. The spot size is identical to the size of measurement spot and does not influence
the meausrement.

There are two adjustable switching outputs indicated by two LED lights at the rear side of the device. These outputs have switch marks below and above the temperature with hysteresis.

Special optics for the device can be offered on customer request.
